Structures like blunt-nosed chevrons, log deflectors and double-winged frames help in modifying the flow regime channel by concentrating increasing navigability. Moreover, they create scour pools downstream stilling basin, which can be used either as fish refuge or an in-stream storage site for previously dredged material. In this respect, use of wood debris form bundles has gained attention ability these structures to integrate into surrounding fluvial habitat divert partially towards central part when placed curves. Considering absence studies dealing with a restoration structure, aim paper is analyse mechanism equilibrium morphology straight curved channels. doing so, wide range hydraulic conditions, structure positions configurations were tested. Thereafter, dimensional analysis was carried out derive useful empirical relationships predict maximum depth length well dune height based on novel, equivalent Froude number, accounts effects curvature position. various resulting types classified, conditions their existence determined depending abovementioned number other key parameters.
